Mujeres docentes líderes en la educación costarricense: trayectorias y desafíos

El proyecto pretende analizar las trayectorias y desafíos que han enfrentado las docentes líderes en el sistema educativo costarricense, así como identificar las características de las docentes líderes en educación de diferentes territorios del sistema educativo costarricense para conocer las trayectorias, aportes y desafíos que enfrentan las docentes líderes en el campo educativo costarricense, por lo tanto, Reconocer las estrategias de afrontamiento a los desafíos que han desarrollado las docentes líderes en el campo educativo costarricense.

The project intends to analyze the trajectories and challenges that leading women teachers in the Costa Rican educational system have faced, as well as to identify the characteristics of leading women teachers in education from different territories of the Costa Rican educational system to know the trajectories, contributions and challenges faced by women leading teachers in the Costa Rican educational field, therefore, Recognize the coping strategies for the challenges that leading women teachers in the Costa Rican educational field have developed.
