| Abstract: The project aims to systematize and document a general methodology for the development of institutional catalogs. This methodology enables the organization, classification, and validation of services, procedures, or products within an institution, following principles of coherence, relevance, transparency, and continuous improvement. Through a structured process composed of four phases —current situation analysis, service mapping, information validation, and monitoring—, the project seeks to establish a practical tool for institutional management, planning, and evaluation. The proposed model is adaptable to different organizational contexts, strengthening quality management, promoting interdepartmental coordination, and facilitating structured access to information. Its application also contributes to the creation of more efficient, comprehensive, and sustainable tools, aligned with strategic goals and institutional quality assurance systems |
