| Abstract: This project aims to evaluate the impact of implementing Lean tools, specifically the 5S methodology, on the perception of workplace well-being among employees of the Distribution and Sales Office at UNED. A quantitative, quasi-experimental design will be applied, measuring variables such as communication, infrastructure, burnout, and work-life balance through a Likert-scale questionnaire administered before and after the intervention (6 months). The objective is to determine whether improvements in physical organization and processes contribute to a healthier and more efficient work environment. The expected outcome is to provide evidence supporting the relationship between Lean practices and well-being, generating insights for future management strategies that promote productivity and quality of life in administrative settings |
