| Abstract: The Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Human Resources at UNED is updating its curriculum as part of its accreditation process with the National System of Accreditation of Higher Education (SINAES). This project focuses on creating a State of the Art that identifies background, trends, and gaps in the field of Human Resources to formulate objectives and strategies for curriculum enhancement. The program has experienced significant growth, particularly in talent management and the implementation of innovative practices, but it faces challenges such as adapting to technological changes and managing diversity in the workplace. This research is crucial to ensure that academic training aligns with labor market needs, preparing students to lead in human talent management.
The main objective is to analyze the trends and challenges of the program through a review of the state of the art and universal references, contributing to the analysis and update of the curriculum. Specific objectives include identifying relevant trends and challenges, comparing the current curriculum with national and international counterparts, and constructing a proposal for curriculum updates based on the findings The methodology will be qualitative, combining documentary analysis, literature review, and expert consultations. An exploratory-descriptive approach will be used to obtain a comprehensive and updated view of the state of the art in Human Resources management, serving as a model for curricular updates |
