| Abstract: Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have begun to discover and recognize the potential that Artificial Intelligence can offer.
In the case of exporting SMEs, the use of AI can have a very positive impact on all internal processes, as well as those aimed at the international marketing of their products or services.
This project seeks to identify and document the experiences of Costa Rican exporting SMEs that use AI in the development of processes related to the export and international marketing of their offerings.
