Abstract: The research arises from the need to innovate in teaching methodologies used in distance education, particularly in contexts where low levels of student motivation and participation have been identified. Gamification, understood as the incorporation of game dynamics into educational processes, emerges as a viable alternative to transform learning experiences, foster student engagement, and strengthen the development of key competencies.
The project includes a literature review, an analysis of the curriculum, and consultations with faculty members. The expected outcome is the design of gamified proposals for the courses Recruitment and Selection of Personnel and Competency-Based Human Resources Management, which will serve as a basis for the pedagogical redesign of these subjects.
This study aims to enhance educational quality, generate useful tools for teaching, and contribute to curricular innovation in the distance learning modality, benefiting both students and academic and institutional staff at UNED. |
