Abstract: The project "Proposal for an Ecosystem of Artificial Intelligence Tools for Distance Education at the Universidad Estatal a Distancia (UNED)" aims to develop a sustainable and scalable model that integrates artificial intelligence (AI) technologies into distance education. This proposal addresses current challenges faced by UNED, such as the lack of personalized learning and administrative burden, by implementing an AI tools ecosystem. The methodological approach includes a thorough analysis of needs and challenges, the selection and evaluation of AI tools, the design of a phased implementation model, and the evaluation of the ecosystem's impact on student satisfaction, academic performance, and administrative efficiency. A combination of qualitative and quantitative techniques, including interviews, surveys, pilot tests, and statistical analysis, will be used to ensure that AI implementation is effective and improves the quality of distance education at UNED.
