| Abstract: The research focuses on identifying and analyzing intergenerational collaboration practices within organizations, with the aim of determining the factors that influence synergies for productivity and workplace well-being. Through a review and classification of current practices, as well as their potential effects, the study seeks to understand the methods and approaches used to foster collaboration among different generations in the workplace. Additionally, the strengths and weaknesses of these strategies will be evaluated in order to develop innovative proposals that optimize generational integration and enhance organizational performance.
To achieve these objectives, the research focuses on several specific aspects: the review of existing intergenerational practices, the analysis of key factors affecting productivity and well-being, and the identification of strengths and weaknesses of current strategies. Finally, a theoretical and practical framework for effective generational integration will be developed, offering recommendations for its application across various organizations. |
