| Abstract: This study aims to assess the factors that have a significant degree of association with ISOP in companies operating in Costa Rica. A quantitative, descriptive, and correlational design will be applied, measuring the independent variables and their relationship with the dependent variable through a Likert-type questionnaire. The objective is to determine whether a significant relationship exists between the identified factors and the perceived ISOP by direct stakeholders. The study is expected to generate evidence supporting the relationship between factors such as structure, leadership, work culture, information systems, incentives, and goals with ISOP, providing inputs for future management strategies that promote greater productivity and efficiency |
