Abstract: This research pretends to identify whether gender social constructions have influenced the curriculum of Administrative Secretariat career and the execution of roles in professional life of the UNED students.
The methodology will be qualitative, with an ethnographic design and a population of Administrative Secretariat students of the different offices of the UNED. According to records, the carrier enrolled 2361 students, from which 2314 are women and 47 men, who will have the same possibility of being selected as part of the participants of the research. Furthermore, it will be taken into consideration academic and administrative staff of the career, since they have the accumulated experience in the teaching of professional in the secretariat area.
The collection of data will be done through semi-structured interviews and the document review. It will be a personal interpretative process for the understanding of the reality of the study |
